This agreement applies only to sales of $500 or greater for residential installations and $1,000 or greater for commercial installations. The maximum commission applies so please contact us for commission details. Commission check will be made payable to the company listed above unless otherwise noted and will be paid within 30 days of installation. This agreement implies no obligation to Coastal Installations, Inc. on the part of the undersigned agent.
